Pursuant to California Senate Bill 978, the following documents are made available to the public, with the intention to help educate the public about such information by making it easily accessible, to increase communication and community trust, enhance transparency, and to save costs and labor by reducing the quantity of individual CPRA requests.
Ripon Police Department Policy Manual
The Ripon Police Department Policy Manual represents the main policy, procedure and standards document for the Ripon Police Department. The Policy Manual is updated routinely, and major revisions are typically published annually.
Written Directive System
The Written Directive System supplements the Ripon Police Department policy manual. Individual written directives are created, reviewed and implemented as-needed, and may eventually be incorporated into the larger Policy Manual.
