SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT:
Ripon CA. On 10-12-12, at approximately 1015 hrs, RPD investigators arrested an adult regarding the alleged rape of a minor. Michael Paul Rogers (28) of Ripon was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on felony charges that included: rape by force or fear, sex with a minor, oral copulation of a minor, and felony sexual battery.
This sensitive case is still under investigation. No further information will be released at this time.
